그가 떠난지도 벌써 1년이 넘었다.

 저에게 린킨파크란...가장 좋아하는 가수가 누구냐는 질문을 받았을 때 1초의 고민도 없이 가장 먼저 답할 수 있는 그러한 존재입니다. 

 저는 음악 자체에 큰 관심이 없어서 남들 다하는 분석이나 평가를 전혀 못하고 그냥 마음따라 고르는 편입니다...ㅋㅋ 그러다보니 어릴 때부터 숨겨진 명곡을 알아낼 땐 (한 때 싸이월드나 다모임에서 유행했던) 음원사이트가 아니라 남들이 만든 NBA나 WWE 믹스 영상을 통해 찾아내곤 했습니다. 

 사실 린킨파크란 가수에 빠진 것도 싸이월드에서 2004 MLB 수비 명장면 모음 3개에 입혀진 노래(Numb, Lying from you, Faint)를 찾던 것이 계기가 되었습니다. 별 의미는 없겠지만 성골(?) 린킨파크 팬들이 보기에 저는 진짜 팬이 아닐지도 모르지요 ㅋㅋㅋ 

 

 그 3개의 영상은 싸이월드와 함께 영원히 사라졌지만 린킨파크와 그들의 노래는 여전히 남아있네요.

 

 그 수많은 명곡들 중에서도 제가 가장 좋아하는 노래입니다. numb로 할까 고민을 해봤는데 그냥 이 노래로 하겠습니다.
